Australian Decorative and Fine Arts Society Newcastle
ADFAS Newcastle Lectures are held on one Monday of every month (6:30pm - 8.00pm) ,commencing February through to November at the Hunter School of Performing Arts, Broadmeadow. Soldiers Point Bowling Club - 7pm - every 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month
If you have a passion for taking pictures, would like to learn or improve your photography, come along to the Tomaree Peninsular Photography Club. Outings are arranged around the region to help you get that classic shot. All levels of photographers are welcome.

Low Vision Bowls Program
Raymond Terrace Bowling Club - 3rd Monday of the month - Starting at 9:30am.
Soldiers Point Bowling Club - 4th Thursday of the month - Starting at 1pm.
If you have impaired vision, or blindness, then you can play bowls. Supported by Guide Dogs Newcastle Office and Blind Bowls NSW, you can enjoy an informal game of bowls through the Low Vision Bowls Program.

Probus Club of Port Stephens
Nelson Bay Bowling Club - 9.30am every 2nd Thursday of the month
Probus is a vibrant and active community organisation for retired or semi-retired individuals and couples who enjoy fun, friendship and fellowship. Activities include BBQs, movie nights, outings, social bowls, a walking group along with a variety of other events.

Port Stephens Parkinson's Support Group
People living with Parkinson’s, their family and carers are welcome to join our support group. The group meets on the third Friday of the month for a group lunch or a meeting with a guest speaker. We have a Carers morning tea once a month and a twice weekly exercise program.

Anna Bay Community Markets
Gateway Presbyterian Church, 43 Gan Gan Rd, Anna Bay - 8:30am to 1:30pm - First Saturday of the month.
There is a free jumping castle for kids together with stalls selling books and toys, plants, organic produce and health food, crafts, clothing, jewelery and homewares. Also a great Aussie BBQ

Our Art and Craft Centre is a wonderfully friendly social group offering a wide range of learning environments in arts and crafts. The PSCAC is run exclusively by volunteers and is a not-for-profit organisation open to all ages.

Soldiers Point Bowling Club - 7pm every Thursday
If you are a keen dancer or would like to learn, you are invited to join Soldiers Point New Vogue and Ballroom Dance Group dance evenings.
Both beginners and competent dancers are welcome.
Special dinners and supper dances are held on occasion and an Annual combined ball is held in conjunction with Nelson Bay Rock ‘n Roll Club.

Port Stephens Veterans and Citizens Age Care
If you have some time on your hands then the Port Stephens Veterans and Citizens Age Care are looking for volunteers to spend some time with the residents at either the Fingal Bay or Shoal Bay facilities, or at the Day Centre at Tanilba Bay.

Police Citizens Youth Club Band
The PCYC Band gets together every Wednesday evening from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the PCYC Hall, Nelson Bay.
They are always looking for new members of the band aged between 18 and 85 years of age and parents are encouraged to accompany younger members.

Nelson Bay Rock n Roll Club
Nelson Bay Rock n Roll Club gets together every Tuesday and Wednesday evening from 7:00pm at Wests Diggers, Nelson Bay.
Do you want to kick your feet up with a bit of rock n roll? Then Nelson Bay Rock n Roll club is the place to go. They get together every week at Wests Diggers Nelson Bay. Every Tuesday night at 7pm you can learn to dance with fully qualified teachers. Then on Wednesday nights at 7pm there’s a time of social dancing. Nelson Bay Rock n Roll club also dance other styles of dancing and conduct many social events throughout the year, including visiting events with other Rock n Roll clubs.
