Jupiter – space to talk

Jupiter is a free youth counselling service operated by KYDS Youth Development Service Inc., supporting young people aged 12–25 across Port Stephens.

We provide a safe, welcoming and non-judgemental space where young people can talk about mental health, anxiety, stress, relationships, family challenges and other life concerns. Our counsellors offer person-centred, strengths-based support to help young people build resilience, develop self-awareness and strengthen their emotional wellbeing.

No GP referral, Medicare card or Mental Health Care Plan is required. Telehealth options are also available.
