Together with Mike Wilson, I produce and present the PSFM Local News.
I started in community radio in Melbourne in the mid-’80s, working as the Publicity Officer at 3RRR FM and later presenting an Australian music program.
From 2005 to 2018, I worked as the Voice Coach for ABC News and Current Affairs in Sydney, Canberra, Regional NSW, and Hobart, as well as for SBS News based at St Leonards in Sydney. During this time, I lectured the short course “Voice for Radio and Television”, through the Australian Centre for Independent Journalism at the University of Technology (UTS), Sydney.
I joined Port Stephens FM in 2020. I play Classic Rock and Soul from the 70’s through to today, with a focus on ‘live’ recordings during the last hour of the show.
